TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: All full time employees are eligible to receive tuition assistance in cases where the education is relevant to their position at the Bank and/or it is a degree program. Reimbursement of qualified tuition assistance courses is paid at 100% so long as the employee completes the course with a grade of ā€œCā€ or better. Reimbursement is given for tuition, fees and required books.

COMPUTER PURCHASE REIMBURSEMENT PLAN: All full time employees are eligible to be reimbursed or receive an interest free loan for the purchase of a computer for their home. The reimbursement amount is 15% of the total cost of the computer and printer, not to include peripherals such as scanners. Should an employee choose the interest free loan, this loan may be paid out over a period of three years. Full time employees are eligible to take advantage of this benefit once every three years.

ATTENDANCE AT JOB RELATED SEMINARS/COURSES: Depending upon your position, there are many opportunities for employees to participate in outside training courses that are offered either through the Bank or through an outside provider. All approvals for these courses are made by the Executive Officer for that department.
