How do I sign up? (top)
If you want to sign up for online access, visit any of our branch offices for an application.
Once we have confirmed your enrollment, we will contact you by email. Then you will be ready to sign on and begin using PC Banking.
What if I don't have an account with First Bank? (top)
To access @FirstBank, First Bank requires you to have at least one checking or savings account. If you don't have an account, come by one of our
branch offices and we'll sign you up.

Is my computer compatible? (top)
To use @FirstBank, you will need either Microsoft Internet Explorer® version 6.0 or higher - or - Netscape Navigator® version 8.0 or higher. When you first log in to the system, it will check your computer to ensure you have the 128-bit encryption enabled browser installed on your computer. If you do not, you will be directed to the appropriate site, where you can download the needed files.

What is online BillPay? (top)
BillPay allows you to pay your bills via the Internet from anywhere. No more writing out checks, stuffing envelopes or running to the Post Office for stamps.
You can schedule automatic monthly payments, make payments for different amounts at different times, send money to anyone in the U.S., and make changes to upcoming payments.
How can I schedule my payments? (top)
All bills you enter into the system can be scheduled for payment from 2 days to one year after they are entered. Each bill payment can be scheduled individually.
When will the money be debited from my account? (top)
The money will be withdrawn from your account on the day you scheduled the payment, if paid electronically. If paid by check, your account will be debited the day it is presented for payment.
What is First Bank Mobile? (top)
First Bank Mobile allows anyone with a First Bank Online account to safely and securely access their eligible accounts from a cell phone or mobile device. You can check account balances, review recent account activity and transfer money between accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I access the mobile banking application with a BlackBerry? (top)
Yes. You can access the mobile banking application with your BlackBerry.
Are there fees to use First Bank Mobile? (top)
First Bank does not charge you a fee to use or access this service. You should contact your mobile provider for information about fees associated with sending or receiving text messages or accessing the internet from your mobile device.
What banking functions can I do when accessing First Bank Mobile? (top)
You can:
- Check account balances
- View account balances and transactions
- Transfer funds
Do I need to be enrolled in Online Banking to enroll in First Bank Mobile? (top)
Yes. In order to properly authenticate you, you will need to be enrolled in First Bank’s free Online Banking.
Is First Bank Mobile secure? (top)
First Bank is very concerned with the safety and privacy of your information and committed to security. To ensure the security of your account information, a number of security features have been built into First Bank Mobile.
- Registration process – the unique verification code required to verify your mobile device phone number. This code associates your mobile phone number with your account.
- No identifiable information – no mobile banking text message returns any personally identifiable information such as your full account number, PIN, email or personal address.
What if I change my mobile device’s phone number? (top)
If your mobile device number changes, you will need to log in to First Bank’s Online Banking and update that phone number.
Can my spouse also have access to our joint accounts through the mobile banking application? (top)
Yes. Your spouse must be enrolled in First Bank Online Banking and have a supported device. Each account owner must individually enroll in mobile banking.
I have not received the verification code on my mobile device. What should I do? (top)
If you have not received the verification code, please contact First Bank at 1.888.647.1265
What if I lose my mobile device? (top)
If your mobile device is lost or stolen, your information is secure, but please notify First Bank immediately. You can also deactivate the mobile banking application by logging into Online Banking from your computer.
